Hazy Shade

I've been trying since APRIL to get a good photo of this abandoned parking garage. They never completed it, and to most people in my area, I'm sure it's an eyesore.

To me, it's utterly symbolic of Reno itself. A grand project left by the wayside in the cold.

And yes, the lack of focus was intentional. I tried some sharply focused shots, but I wasn't satisfied with them. The blur makes it more fitting for the feel of the shot to me.
